In the hexagon $ABCDEF$ all angles are equal to each other. The points $M$, $N$, $K$ are selected on the sides of $EF$, $ED$ and $CB$ respectively, so that $AMNK$ is a square. It is known that $AB = 40$ and $EF = 41 (\sqrt{3} -1)$. Find the area of $AMNK$.
